These terms govern your use of www.bizzcontacts.com (this website), app.bizzcontacts.com (the platform), and any contact lists you purchase from us. Read them; they're shorter than most SaaS terms and they matter.
1. Definitions
'BizzContacts', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refers to BizzContacts (registered in Pune, India). 'You' means the individual or organization purchasing or using the service. 'Lists' means any verified contact data we deliver — by CSV, API, or CRM push. 'Service' means anything we provide: the website, the app, list deliveries, enrichment, support.
2. Use of purchased lists
When you buy a list, you own the data. You can use it for outbound email, calls, mail, ad targeting, or CRM enrichment — within applicable law (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, TCPA). You may not resell the data as a list, license it to a third party for their outreach, or build a derivative public database. You may not use it for harassment, phishing, or any unlawful purpose.
3. Delivery and quality
We aim for 95%+ deliverability across every order. If actual deliverability falls below 90% within 14 days of delivery, we'll credit you the difference 1:1 (i.e. replace the bounced records with verified ones, same day). For samples specifically: 100% refund if average accuracy below 95%.
4. Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days for orders above $5,000 (Net-30); credit card / Stripe on smaller orders. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month. We pause delivery on overdue accounts but never withhold previously delivered data.
5. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed deals, etc.). We're liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, up to the cap.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement on 30 days written notice. We can terminate immediately for breach (non-payment, misuse of data, illegal use). You can stop using the service any time — but data you've already received is yours to keep.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to courts in Pune. For EU and U.S. customers, applicable consumer protection laws still apply where relevant.
