BizzContacts respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We've tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, write to privacy@bizzcontacts.com and we'll explain.
1. Data we collect
When you visit www.bizzcontacts.com we collect basic web analytics (page views, referrer, device type) — no cookies or fingerprinting beyond what's needed to keep the site running. When you submit a form we collect the fields you provide (name, work email, company, phone, message). When you sign up at app.bizzcontacts.com we additionally collect account credentials and any data you upload for enrichment.
2. How we use your data
We use form-submission data to respond to your request (deliver a sample, answer a custom-list inquiry, route a press question). We use app-signup data to provide the service you signed up for. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. We use Brevo for transactional email and Cloudflare for hosting — both are GDPR-compliant data processors.
3. Your rights
If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, port it, restrict its use, or delete it. Email privacy@bizzcontacts.com from the email address on the account; we respond within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).
4. Data retention
Form submissions are kept for 5 years (or until you ask us to delete them). App accounts are kept indefinitely while active, then 1 year after closure. Web analytics is aggregated after 14 days — we never tie analytics back to identifiable people after that point.
5. International data transfers
BizzContacts is headquartered in India. Servers are in Cloudflare's global network with EU data centers used for EU residents. For transfers to India we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two: Controller → Processor) as approved by the European Commission.
