For custom list orders, our policy is different: if a delivered contact is wrong, we replace it with a different verified contact at no extra cost. No money refunds, but you always end up with the data you paid for.

Rate limits scale with your plan: Starter 30 requests/min, Growth 60/min, Business 100/min, Enterprise 150/min. Limits apply per account across the dashboard, Chrome extension, and API combined.
